Ordering and Payment

Once you have chosen your piece of Sea Maiden Gem Jewellery you can either contact me by phone or email. Payment can be either made by cash or by cheque, which will require 5-7 working days clearance. The cheque must be made payable to Sarah Stonehouse. Please note that orders will be sent once payments are cleared and I will inform you by email of delivery.

Postage and Packaging

Your jewellery will be carefully packed in tissue and bubble wrap. It will be sent to you by special delivery, which is fully insured up to £500; the package will need to be signed for on arrival. Items will be posted to you once payment has been fully cleared. The cost of postage and packaging is £5.50. I am very happy to send your parcel on a particular day as with special delivery, it is guaranteed next day delivery. If it is a gift and you would like it sent to a different address this can be arranged along with a pretty gift card if required.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return your order please inform me within 7 days of receipt. Please note there will be no refunds given on earrings or specially commissioned items. However, on ordering please contact me for details of individual pieces and I will be happy to help answer your questions. A refund will be given, less the postage, when the items are sent back in the original packaging and condition. I would recommend your use special delivery postage, as I will not take responsibility for any loss or non-delivery of items. If for some reason your order arrives damaged please inform me immediately. Any repairs will be done free of charge within 30 days. There will be a charge if any repairs need to be done after this time.

Other information

It its important to remember that Sea Maiden Gem jewellery is hand crafted. I endeavour to show clear photos of every item, however, they are enlarged and it is best to check actual measurements meet your requirements before making a purchase. I am always very happy to help if you are unsure of anything ~ please don’t hesitate to contact me. There may be some imperfections in gemstones, and this is to be expected, as they are a natural product and not man made.
